1. Who We Are

PokerRecon is operated by Off World Machines, LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the PokerRecon mobile application and related services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account and use PokerRecon:

• Account information: email address, name, and display name
• Authentication data: credentials from Apple Sign-In, Google OAuth, or email/password login
• Push notification tokens: device tokens used to send you waitlist notifications via Expo Push Notifications
• Waitlist activity: which games you join, leave, or are seated at
• Session data: table and seat assignments during active sessions
• Crash and diagnostic data: crash reports and related device diagnostics, used solely to identify and fix bugs

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To operate the waitlist system (adding you to lists, notifying you when called, tracking seating)
• To send push notifications about your waitlist status and seat availability
• To display your name to poker room staff for identification

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase, a cloud-hosted database platform. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored securely in accordance with industry standards.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your information is only shared with:

• Poker room staff: your name and waitlist status are visible to staff at rooms you are actively waiting at or seated in
• Service providers: Supabase (data storage), Apple/Google (authentication), Expo (push notifications), and Sentry (crash reporting), strictly for operating the service

6. Advertising and Analytics

PokerRecon does not display advertisements, use advertising SDKs, or integrate analytics for marketing or tracking purposes. We use Sentry for crash reporting and diagnostics only; crash reports are never used for advertising, and email addresses and phone numbers are scrubbed from them before storage.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Waitlist and session history is retained to provide you with your activity history. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app. When you delete your account, your sign-in credentials and personal profile are removed; play history kept by poker rooms is retained in anonymized form and is no longer linked to your identity. You may also request deletion by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of push notifications via your device settings

9. Children's Privacy

PokerRecon is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
